• Love WITH Accountability 
  • Snapshot: Love WITH Accountability® is a project whose focus is disrupting and ending the inhumane scourge of childhood sexual abuse, adult rape, and all forms of sexual violence, humanely. Accountability is radical love and justice….Created by award-winning cultural worker Aishah Shahidah Simmons, love WITH Accountability® centers diasporic Black survivors, and focuses on radical healing and accountability.

  • Other Notes: Black women and feminine people might feel most comfortable, but anyone can benefit from the lessons here 
    • The founder’s blog hasn’t been updated in 2025, but older posts are still valuable.

We take our responsibility very seriously, and strive to recommend materials that uplift survivors’ voices, respect survivors of all identities, and explicitly avoid victim-blaming. We are working on reading a variety of books about child sexual abuse and its aftermath, and we’ll list our favorites here as we find them.

We are open to exploring various ways to connect with our Creator, with the Divine who loves and lives in each of us. We strive to provide a platform for open-minded discussions and learning about different beliefs and practices. Our hope is to foster a community of acceptance and understanding.
